Good questions
What do the memberships cost?
Planner is $499 per year, Managed is $999 per year and Concierge is $1,999 per year. Luxury Premium is a +$2,000 per year upgrade added to a membership. These are introductory prices, and there is no setup fee on any tier.
How long does a membership last?
Each membership is a 1-year term that starts on your enrollment date.
What happens at the end of the year?
Your membership ends at the close of the 1-year term. Renewal options and pricing are shared with you before your term ends, and you can decide then whether to continue.
Are flights, hotels and other travel costs included?
No. Your membership fee covers our planning and advisory service. Flights, hotels, villas, jets, cruises, tours, insurance and all other travel costs are separate and passed through to you at cost, with no markups or added fees from us.
What is Luxury Premium?
An upgrade you add to a membership for super high-level service on luxury travel, including villas, private jets and similar arrangements, with no added fees from us. The travel itself is passed through at cost.
How do I pay?
Not on this website. After you send the sign-up form, an advisor will contact you to complete your enrollment and payment. Please never send card details through a website form or email.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing when you enroll, before any payment is made.
Can I still use the AI Planner?
Yes. Members can start with an AI Planner draft and have it reviewed, refined and, on Managed and Concierge, booked for them.
